@Huskro , need more information about you before one can answer ---- (a) are you citizen of Indonesia or Netherlands; (b) when did you enter the USA and with which visa ( H, K or what ); (c) were you married to US citizen before entering the USA or ?
Generally , I think you need to look at US-Indonesia treaty in addition to US-Netherlands. Also , depending on the exact facts and circumstances, you may not have to pay into Social Security and Medicare for your earnings before entering the USA.
