Also having the problem with TT Online. The form 2210 flow-chart leads to filing "only page 1 of Form 2210". TT does indeed include one in my filing, with a note "85% Waiver" printed out to the side of Part IIA. TT's own review says the return (with form 2210) is fine, but the IRS rejects an e-filing because it doesn't have "WaiverExplanationStatement". The IRS's own Form 2210 instructions do not refer to said "WaiverExplanationStatement". I guess I can print it all out and send it in, but I'm hoping the on-line software will get fixed in the same time-frame as mentioned above, by Feb 22, so I can e-file successfully.
