Sorry you're having such trouble activating.   I'll tell you how to contact TurboTax Support below at the end of this posting so you can tell them how much trouble you are having with their product and ask for their assistance.

 

Also be aware that you can indeed get a product refund, if desired--if not from the original retailer then from Intuit.   For the desktop software there is a 60-day unconditional satisfaction guarantee, and TurboTax will offer a refund for desktop software in that time window no matter where you bought it.  If you decide to do that, here's the online request form:
