I am not sure I understand your question. I have been a long time user of turbo tax. Last years return for 2020 I think was completed under a different log in. I never received my CD for the 2020 return so I went on line and some how I got onto a different user name/account. I never really understood what happened but I did get my taxes filed. I did speak with someone at turbo tax and they said they would send me the CD for 2021. I also think at one point recently I was asked to up date my payment information and I did do that.
