What do you mean by "self-deferral"? There is no deferral of self-employment tax for 2021, if that's what you're thinking of. Deferring part of the self-employment tax was a one-time option for 2020 only. If you deferred part of your 2020 self-employment tax, that does not affect your 2021 tax return.
