While amending my 2019 federal return, Turbotax is asking me to correct the payment date to any time between 01/27/2020 and 07/15/2020. Why?

While amending my 2019 federal return, Turbotax is asking me to correct the payment date to any time between 01/27/2020 and 07/15/2020. Why?
I mean payment will take place on November 1, 2021. Why should I enter 2020?
