I am sorry to hear of your difficulty with the IRS. As you may know, the advent of Covid-19 has affected the completion and delivery time of the IRS. If you have been able to reach the IRS and has been given indication that you will receive it at some point, that is the final word.
Patience is the operative word here. It is possible that the IRS will reward you with an additional amount due to the interest for waiting. I wish you the best.
