you live in a school district or city with an income tax enter your address at:
http://www.tax.ohio.gov/Individual/LocalTaxInformation.aspx
If you do not need to file a city income tax (CIT), just ignore the form 37. It is not and can not be e-filed. So, unless you print and mail it, it never gets filed.
