Amounts paid with a federal extension should be entered in Deductions & Credits > Estimates and Other Taxes Paid.
- Type estimated taxes in Search in the upper right
- Select Go to Estimated Tax Payments
- Scroll down to Payments with Extension
- START/REVISIT Payments with 2020 federal extension
- Enter your extension payment in the box 2020 federal taxes paid with extension
