Are you trying to download/print a prior-year return prepared in Online TurboTax? This thread title is about 2019 TurboTax. Is that your situation?
If so, see the answer I just left you in this thread where you asked about your "Tax Timeline"---a term no longer used at the website. That section is now called "Your Tax Returns & Documents." When you expand that section, choose the tax year you want. If your prior Online return is not in that section, then you likely have multiple accounts that we can help you troubleshoot.
In some instances, the prior-return PDFs have the return and all the worksheets. Your 2019 PDF will likely have the return and the worksheets.
If you're trying to download/print a current 2020 return that was prepared in Online TurboTax, we can tell you a way to get a PDF that also has all the worksheets.
