It's not clear what you mean. Did you previously contact TurboTax Customer Support and received a ticket/case number?
If so, you'd need to talk to Customer Support for any information on it. Hours are currently 5AM-5PM Pacific (8AM-8PM Eastern) Monday-Friday.
