Get your taxes done using TurboTax
The IRS is processing the unemployment refunds in batches. They began with single filers without dependents and then moved to MFJ simple returns. The IRS started with the simplest tax returns and is now reviewing more complex returns.
If you haven't received your refund to date, unfortunately there is no tool to track it as with other refunds from the IRS. You may request a tax transcript as you have already done, but if it hasn't been posted or processed by the IRS, the tax transcript will not reflect the refund.
You can review your tax return to determine if you are eligible for a refund, i.e. was tax withheld from the payments or did the income result in additional tax due depending on the income bracket or tax bracket you are in. Additionally, verify you meet the requirements set by the IRS to be eligible as explained in this link.
