First 10 1/2 months of unemployment
Hi, my name is Neil Bloom. I am and have been a customer of yours for years. At the time I filed my taxes turbo tax told me not to worry about the taxes I paid for my unemployment and to file and wait to be reimbursed by the IRS. Well, I know that this summer the IRS was supposed to compensate me for the taxes I paid in for the first 10 1/2 months of unemployment and it would occur automatically and it would occur this summer at sometime. THIS HAS NOT HAPPENED AND I RECEIVED NOTHING BACK. Should I still wait like TURBO TAX TOLD ME TO? Kind of annoying that if I would have waited this would have been incorporated in my tax return like my friends that did. However, your company on different phone calls told me WAIT. DON’T WAIT. WAIT. DONT WAIT. This is why as you customer every year I feel the responsibility falls partially on you to help me resolve this issue. Not to just tell me to call the IRS!!! If I would have waited to file this would not have occurred. I was instructed by your company to go ahead and file and it would be handled automatically l. IT DIDNT. THANKS FOR YOUR TIME. SINCERELY, Neil Bloom.
