If I had $15,000 in unemployment last year and had taxes taken out but filed my taxes before the new law in March should I be getting the $1020 if paid in on the $10,200 that was forgiven? The IRS only sent me $208 and couldn’t tell me why after being on the phone for over a hour. We got a refund so there wouldn’t be an offset on any taxes owed.
