This is an old thread from 3-4 years ago that transferred into this new forum in June 2019. About 4 years ago the website was redesigned. Old threads may not have the most current information. There is no longer a "My Account" link at the top. Account settings are now accessed through the left menu column, where at the bottom there is a link "Intuit Account." DoninGA gave you a direct link to the billing info page in his answer above.
