If you are entering it on the IRS website then contact the IRS or SSA to verify that there is not an error in the records. The IRS matches SSN's against the SSA database. TurboTax has nothing to do with the third stimulus, only the first two that would be reported on your 2020 1040 tax return, line 30 of you have not received them
