The IRS actually has an information portal for this very subject located here:
https://www.irs.gov/faqs/irs-procedures/address-changes/address-changes
You can notify them orally via phone or in-person, as well as mail Form 8822.
Additionally, it will be updated with the next Tax Return filed if an update isn't needed sooner.
