Get your taxes done using TurboTax

A company the size of Intuit with the number of product users it has should at minimum have a Support email system available 24/7 even if they only reply Monday through Friday or take 3 business days to respond. 

 

This call to action of speak to support on Monday is equivalent to saying wait until you are too busy at your work during your business hours (and therefore can't do anything) to fix Intuit's problem.  It is as maddening as Intuit locking me out of my up and running purchased desktop program!
