I have not forgotten my information, only different thing and the biggest thing causing the issue is my phone number is different, I remember old one but I do not have it or anyway to verify with that number, also i keep trying to upload my ID and continues saying something went wrong. I had not ever had issues with turbotax before but now it is very much causing issues for me to just update things, that have to do with myself and my information. I am trying to be patient but my fed tax return was over 1000 dollars short and I want to see reasons why and get all the things i need for the IRS. The phone number needs updating same ID since filed, even have tax documents downloaded on laptop.

2. I know my username
3. I remember my password
4. Know address its same
5. email same also
6. know my filing status
7. even remember amount fed tax return amount when fed tax was accepted
8. verifying through security questions
9. code to email
10. code to new phone number
11. only thing not allowing me in is old phone number on turbotax account
12. i even have routing and account number the tax return didn't get direct deposited into even though i had information on tax return
13. I would like to speak with someone to get into my information
14. i have verified myself so many times and still nothing, how is that I need answers

INSTEAD KEEPS STATING HAVE YOU TRIED SIGNING IN WITH PHONE NUMBER
