Your post is confusing. It's not clear whether you have filed your tax returns or not.

What exactly did you mail last month? If you mailed your tax returns, you're done. But, as xmasbaby0 has pointed out, it might take months to get your refunds, and you won't hear anything before then. There is nothing for you to do except wait.
