Get your taxes done using TurboTax

Since you filed a paper return by mail, the IRS is way behind in processing mailed returns, so your situation is not unusual.   But you do also need to be sure you are using the IRS WMR tool correctly.

Look at your actual Federal return to get the Federal refund amount to use in the WMR tool, i.e., your Form 1040, Line 35a.

You can also try phoning the IRS refund hotline.  I've seen it work for some users when the WMR tool didn't.  800-829-1954

But again, for a mailed paper return, they may have simply not started processing it yet or if they have, then it's possibly still in the earliest stages thereof.
