I followed these instructions but now turbo tax is charging me the 6% penalty on top of the 10% early withdrawal penalty. Even though I corrected the mistake (Roth ineligible) of before my tax filing deadline. Can you please validate the codes for box 7 of the 1099-R. I'm believe I'm only required to pay the 10%.
