The American Rescue Plan Act was signed by the president on March 11. So if you filed in April, it was well after the act was signed.
As VolvoGirl suggested, check your copy of the tax return that you filed. Is there a negative amount on Schedule 1 line 8, with the letters UCE on the dotted line to the left of the amount? If so, you already got the unemployment exclusion. You are not going to get an additional refund.
