This is a public Internet forum. You should not post any personal info here. No one from Support will email you from here, but spammers/scammers could. It looks like the forum privacy filter removed your personal info for your protection.
Are you working on an original return or an amended return?
If you're working on an original return and having a problem with a 1099-INT, delete it and re-enter it from scratch. If you're using Online TurboTax, in the left menu column click on the Federal tab. At the "Income and Expenses" screen find topic "Interest on 1099-INT" and click Review. The next screen should be titled "Review Your 1099-INT" and should show all your 1099-INTs you entered. Find the correct one to edit and click Review. If you still end up in a loop, then click the trashcan icon for the relevant 1099-INT to delete it. Then re-enter it using the "Add another 1099-INT" button.
If you can't delete it that way, we can tell you another way to delete it.
