For 2018, I have entered my info in Turbo Tax and I will get a federal tax refund but I owe a few hundred dollars in California tax. I am still waiting on some forms so I filed a federal tax extension. Do I need to pay my remaining CA taxes due or is there a 90% threshold which I have already paid?
