My mom claimed me as a dependent on her 2020 taxes. I am almost 40 and as a result she has received all of the tax and stimulus breaks without my consent. what do I do?

I can't efile my taxes without selecting that she claimed me. I don't want to select that because I didn't give her permission to. Is my only option mailing my return in?
