Get your taxes done using TurboTax
I did have a small amount of W2 wages and it did show up on 2019 SE line 8a. I did not mention it earlier as I didn't think it was germane to the main puzzle below:
Why does my 2019-1099-MISC box 7 Nonemployee compensation entry NOT show up on the 2019 schedule SE line 8a as 132,900 (or more)?
Whereas in 2020, the employer issued me a 2020-1099-NEC; when I entered the box 1 data into Turbotax, the 2020 schedule SE line 8a DOES show it as 137,700 (or more) - the way my accountant told me it should. Was there a glitch in the 2019 Turbotax software?
