In TurboTax Online you should be able to see the estimated tax payments and amount applied from your 2019 return by going to where these amounts would be entered and reviewing the questions. In the Search box type "estimated taxes paid" (without the quotes), then click the link that says "Jump to estimated taxes paid." That takes you to the screen that says "Estimates and Other Income Taxes Paid." Estimated tax payments are at the top. Scroll down to see any 2019 refund applied to 2020 tax.
