Will I get my federal refund direct deposit on the same day as I pay my state tax direct debit? I can’t pay my state tax until I get my federal return

I don’t have the money to pay my state tax, but I’ll be able to when I get my federal return. Is the direct deposit federal return and state tax direct payment done on the same day?
