Please explain exactly what version of Deluxe you purchased and used. Did you buy desktop TurboTax Deluxe software (CD/download) and installed it on your computer, or did you use Online Deluxe (web version) prepared through a browser? If you used desktop software, is it the version for Windows or Mac?
How did you choose to file the return? Did you choose to efile it, or did you choose to print, sign, and mail a paper copy of the return to the IRS? If you chose to file your return by printing, signing, and mailing, did you physically mail it? TurboTax does not mail it for you.

Where exactly are you seeing that message? Did you prepare the return in Online TurboTax, and are you referring to something displayed in your Online TurboTax account? If so, when you log in and go to the Tax Home, what is the status shown for your tax return?
We can tell you more when you respond to my questions above, but so far I don't understand your full situation until you explain the things I mentioned.
