I understand that the IRS is behind. I'm not blaming turbo tax for that. I am not going to use Turbo tax again because for one, they are charging me even though I chose to be charged once I receive my refund "which I haven't ", 2nd this is the second year since I've used them that I am having issues with my refund. Once again, I am the one out of the people I know who hasn't received their refund and I'm the only the that used turbo tax. In addition, there is no way for me to contact turbo tax customer service. I've tried calling but no luck yet. I'm not sure what you mean with paying estimates and such. I'm receiving a refund so I should not owe anything to the IRS.
