I assume you mean either the online version of Self-Employed, or the Desktop version of Home & Business.
Sounds like you got a handle on it now. Just remember, you can't file *anything* until after you complete *everything*.
You'll work the single member LLC through the personal software to close it.
Then you'll use TurboTax Business to open and start the S-Corp. Then that S-Corp will issue you a K-1 that you will *need* in order to complete the personal return.
So after all is completed you should print out everything and "confirm" that you agree with it, and understand it. Once you've achieved that, then you can e-file everything.
Perfection is called for here, because if you mess up and end up having to amend the S-Corp return, that may result in a change to the K-1 information which would require the S-Corp to issued a "corrected" K-1, which in turn may require you to amend the personal return. You want to avoid that headache at all costs.
