Once the status of your tax return is "accepted", that means that the IRS has accepted your e-filed tax return as filed. At that point, TurboTax has fulfilled the obligation you paid them for. Check the status of your refund at www.irs.gov/refunds.
I'm attributing it to the pandemic, as to why it's taking so long for the IRS to process a number of returns. I do know a few in my local area who filed back in Feb and early Mar who still haven't received their refunds yet. One of them I'm ware of just recently got a letter from the IRS requesting identity verification, which they did on line. Upon completing the verification they were informed it would be an additional 9 weeks, give it take. So it is, what it is.
