How Do I Send TurboTax Software Bug Information To TurboTax Support For Investigation?

Below is the e-mail I'd like to send to TurboTax software support, but even the helpful TurboTax live support person was unable to provide me with the appropriate e-mail address  :(

 

TurboTax Support Team:

There appears to be a bug in the California FTB form 5805 within TurboTax Deluxe 2020. Please find below the sequence of events that led me to try to raise this issue with you.

1) I completed and submitted my Federal and California taxes for electronic filing using TurboTax 2020 Deluxe edition running under Windows 10 Home edition.

2) My Federal Return was accepted.

3) I received a "ACTION NEEDED! Your Rejected State Return" e-mail notification with the error message "F5805-010 - If Form 5805, Part I, Line 1 (Is Waiver Requested) is checked Yes, then Part I, Line 1 explanation attribute and Part II, Line 13 Estimate Penalty waiver requested attribute must be present."

4) I Modified form 5805 by following the very simplistic instructions provided by Intuit to 'resolve' this issue. TurboTax reported "Great News! Your return has no errors". I saved the ".tax2020" file and re-submitted my California state return.

5) I received another (second) "ACTION NEEDED! Your Rejected State Return" e-mail notification with the same error message.

Form 5805 was an integral part of the successful electronic filing of my California return for tax year 2019, using TurboTax Deluxe 2019 software.

Therefore, it would appear there's a bug in TurboTax 2020 software for Form 5805.  I trust that the TurboTax team will investigate, recreate and resolve this problem as soon as possible.

I have attached the version and build information for the copy of TurboTax Deluxe 2020 that I'm running under Windows 10 Home Edition Build 19041.867 [removed]
