This thread has multiple users with multiple password issues, and it's not clear which one you are saying "same" to. If you need to reset a password to regain access to your Online account, the answer about using the Account Recovery tool has been provided several times in this thread. The tool may even discover you have more than one account, which could also be a cause for a password failure; i.e., one might be using the correct password but on the wrong account.
I can provide the steps again, but I don't yet know with certainty what your "same" issue is.
