Tax return filed jointly with spouse but we have since divorced. How do I calculate individual AGI?

I’m scheduled to start repaying my student loans this year but income based repayment plans are based on AGI of previous tax year. I need to input my individual AGI in order to ask for adjustment of monthly repayment amount.
