That implies to me that you installed from a CD (or very early download) and have not yet updated your program to a current release. That sounds like a very early release prior to when the forms were finalized.
And as DoninGA asked, what kind of Form 1099?
Is that your situation? Did you install from a CD (or very early download), and have you run the updater?
What version of TurboTax are you using--desktop software for Windows or Mac?
