Why I cannot talk to someone at Turbo tax. I have not received my refund from IRS and you keep wanting to take out my payment . I am angry with The IRS and Turbo Tax, It has 12weeks since I filed and my sisters before I did and she has not received hers yet either. Why can't Turbo Tax find out why or talk to me Person To person.
