the IRS should have sent you a letter or will in the next 2-3 weeks explaining what lines changed.
line 16 is just a total so it's either that you did not enter something correctly so one or more lines 12, 13 and/or 15 were incorrect, or that Turbotax made calculation errors for those lines. in rare situations it's the IRS that's in error.
