"Try enter 0"? What does that mean? Enter 0 where? Why? Which form? Which line item? Which filing status? In the context of the current discussion, if you are suggesting that a TurboTax user enter $0 as last year's AGI then that return will be rejected by the IRS unless last year's AGI was actually zero, which does not happen very often.
