I struggled with this for a while. There were multiple threads asking the same question, but only one of them had a helpful response, so I will pass it on: if you already created the 1095 form but want to delete it and finally e-file,
- click on the top right corner's search bar (magnifying glass)
- Search "1095-a" and click "Jump to 1095-a"
- Now you can mark "No" and the form will be removed
