Line 18b for Form MI-1040CR Household Resources, should be used to allocate the resources earned in Michigan and would imply that you were either a part-year or nonresident. All income and deductions are entered during the federal interview and does not usually need to be re-entered in the state return unless there is a specific need.
To resolve this, go back to the state interview and run through the answers again.
