I've seen people say to clear the browser cache but that has nothing to do with it as I'm using a desktop version of TT Premier. And yes, I've cleared the cache and cookies to no avail.


Are you using the Windows version or the Mac version?  If you're using a Mac, I'll ask someone familiar with the Mac version to look at your question.
