I signed in, typed in my license code and was told it was already associated with an account and to go to my downloads. Went to downloads and it isn't there. I have tried multiple times. Requested help, got a number and a confirmation code and shortly after I called I was cut off. Called again and got automated questions. Was sent a link to help me but it is for Windows and I have a Mac. I need someone to help me so I can get these done!!
