If you are your dad's dependent then you will have to mark on your return that you are claimed by someone else. Please follow the instructions below:
- Login to your TurboTax Account
- Click "Take Me To My Return"
- Click "My Info" from the left side of your screen
- Click “Edit” next to your name
- Please scroll down to “3. A few other things we need to know” and check the answer under “Someone else can claim me as a dependent on their tax return”
