My tax return is complete, but at that last moment in the filing process (after putting in all my bank and license info and clicking on the Transmit Returns Now button), the program is asking me to fill in fields in my pension 1099-R form that are blank on the form I was sent by the NYC Teachers Retirement System. The program is not letting me file. WHAT CAN I DO?
