First, cburgyan, would you do me the favor of making a new post with this question? It is difficult to pore through all the replies to see if any of them are relevant.
Second, in that new post, please tell me the following:
1. Where did the $1,490 something come from? Is this the amount of premiums you paid to the insurance company for the Marketplace policy (doesn't seem like very much"? Is this some other amount? Where did it comes from? Why are you entering it?
2. You entered a 1095-A, right?
3. Did you end up owing more premium tax credit or are you getting a return of premium tax credit (it may be difficult to tell, since right now, if you owe more premium tax credit, the 8962 is being suppressed so it's hard for you to tell).
4. On your 1095-A, what was the total of columns A, B, and C?
5. Do you have more than 1 business?
6. Did you enter the business before the 1095-A?
7. When you entered the 1095-A, did you mark the business that it belonged to when TurboTax asked you?
8. On Schedule C, did you make an entry for Self-employed Health Insurance?
I am sorry for so many questions, but we in the Community are working blind here since we can't see your private tax data.
