Get your taxes done using TurboTax

Thanks for explaining that.

I was very annoyed when my desktop version of TurboTax took me to Quick Employer Forms to submit 1099.  It was clunky, hard to set up, and buggy.  I DID assume that it would be sent to BOTH the IRS and the Payee as any normal person would expect.  Just email out a link to download the form, and protect it with a code generated to ensure privacy.  I wish Quick Employer Forms was more clear about that point.

Unfortunately, I do not have access to the forms anymore.  I did already log into that website for Quick Employer Forms that you sent me, but it is acting like I didn't pay for the service, and is no longer showing me the forms.  Therefore, I am unable to view or download them.  They are gone from that website!  My financial records are mine, and my files generated in the past should ALWAYS be accessible.  Anything less is poor customer care.

I had a similar problem with the desktop version of TurboTax, which after updating required me to find and re-enter the license key, and is crashing and issuing dialog boxes to send the crash report to Intuit, but it doesn't successfully send the crash report.

It seems that Intuit is struggling to accurately recognize who has paid for the software and service, and struggling to write bug free code...

I do have the email confirmation that the forms were e-Filed with the IRS, but unable to support the payee.
