My pay all goes on to my Money Network pay debit card. How can I finish my tax return?
I can't pass the section where they want routing numbers for a bank account. I don't plan to open one. I only use my Money Network card.

Are you trying to arrange to deposit a tax refund onto that card?

TurboTax will refer to it as a "bank" even if it's a prepaid card, since a prepaid card uses a bank.

Is the Money Network Card a prepaid debit card that accepts direct deposits?   If so, then it should use an underlying bank routing number and an account number specific for your account to receive deposits.   If your work pay is deposited on to it, then you likely had to furnish your employer a bank routing number and the deposit account number for your card.

If your card allows deposits such as tax refunds, then you need to go to the Card's website and find the routing number to use as well as the specific underlying deposit account number for your Card to use for a direct deposit.   For your security and protection, your deposit account number to use is most likely different than any account number displayed on the card.  You'll have to look in your account to see what your specific deposit account number is.   If you have your card's App, it might tell you what the bank routing and account numbers are for your specific account, or you can likely also learn inside your online Card account.    If you have any questions about the correct bank routing number and your specific account number to use, you should phone the card's Customer Service.

TurboTax may also ask you to enter the name of the bank that manages your Money Network card; i.e., the name of the bank that the routing number is for.   That information is also likely on the card's website or perhaps on the back of the card.

TIP:  When entering a prepaid debit card's info into TurboTax for a direct deposit, TurboTax will have you indicate if it's a checking account or savings account.  For this purpose you would indicate it is a "checking" account.
