Did you buy a CD and instead you want to download an installation file from your Online account?
Or did you use the term "download" when you meant to use the term "install." i.e., are you installing the program and having a problem with the activation screen--is it blank, partially-blank, or missing?
Or is there an error when inserting the code?
Or is the data field for the license code not accepting an entry?
Or is it not connecting to the activation server after entering the code?
